Does it really understand Kuwaiti dialect?
Yes. We tune each agent on Gulf-dialect samples: neighborhood names (Salmiya, Hawalli, Jahra), Kuwaiti phone patterns, and common Kuwaiti names. Fine-tuning on your real samples increases accuracy.
Does it work with my current number?
Yes — via SIP trunk (fastest) or call forwarding from your provider. Takes 30 minutes of technical permission from your team. Alternatively, we provide a new Kuwaiti number.
What if the caller asks for a human?
We configure instant escalation on: (a) "I want to talk to a human", (b) 3 failed comprehension attempts, (c) keywords like "urgent/emergency". You define the human number.
Do you store recordings in Kuwait?
Yes, if you ask. Default is Hetzner FSN1 (Germany, PDPL-compliant), or your server, or Cloudflare R2. Daily encrypted backup.
What about PDPL compliance?
Fully compliant. Every call opens with "This call is recorded to improve service" with opt-out. Customers have the right to request data deletion.
