These terms govern — every project between us.

By using KuwaitAI services (the AI arm of Mulanen LLC), you agree to the following.

• Every project has its scope defined in writing before start (official proposal)
• Changes beyond scope are billed at standard hourly rate
• We don't start any work without written approval of the proposal

• Base rate: 10 KWD/hour (with volume discounts)
• First consultation (30 min) free
• Invoices: weekly or bi-weekly
• Payment: after delivery, not upfront
• Methods: bank transfer or KNET
• Currency: Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD)

• After full payment, you own all custom code and design for your project
• Common tools and open-source libraries retain their original licenses
• Your data stays fully yours — never used outside serving you

• 30-day warranty on bugs after delivery
• We fix any defect in delivered code free of charge during warranty
• Warranty excludes: post-delivery changes you requested, or external API errors

• Either party may terminate with 7 days' notice
• Payment due only for hours delivered until termination
• All files and credentials handed over within 14 days post-termination

Governed by Kuwaiti law.

Disputes resolved amicably first, then via State of Kuwait courts if needed.
