What's the difference between RAG and fine-tuning?
RAG retrieves info from your live data at query time — edit the file, answer updates. Fine-tuning bakes info into the model — retraining is expensive and you lose citations. RAG wins for changing docs, policies, and prices.
How do you handle Arabic PDFs?
We use Arabic-optimized OCR (Tesseract + assist models) to extract text from scanned PDFs. Digital files read directly. Extraction accuracy: 95%+ on clear documents.
Where is my data stored?
Default on Hetzner FSN1 (Germany, PDPL-compliant). Options: your server, Cloudflare R2, or AWS Frankfurt. We never use your data to train any model.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
